ICIF is certified UNI EN ISO 9001-2015 by Bureau Veritas for the design and delivery of professional training services in the sectors of Food Management, Italian Cuisine and Oenology, for the planning and provision of food services and administration both at School and at external locations and for the planning and organization of promotional events concerning traditional Italian food and wine products abroad.
ICIF is the holder of an agreement with the University of Studies of Turin. Classes on Food Management techniques have been included within the Master course, with some classes taught directly by university professors. In addition, ICIF periodically hosts students from the School of Management and Economics of the University of Turin at its headquarters for internship periods.

ICIF and its teaching staff are certified HALAL, food prepation for Muslims, through the HIA – Halal International Authority, the International Organization that operates with the most rigorous and shared International Halal Standards. ICIF has therefore included some lessons devoted to Halal cuisine into its training, which will be certified Halal. In this way the students will be able to add these transferable skills to their CV, and provide a certified HALAL product to the over 1.9 billion Islamic consumers in the world. ICIF is also a strategic partner of HIA – Halal International Authority for the diffusion and promotion of HALAL certification in the world.
ICIF joins the Global Compact of the United Nations, to share the strategic vision oriented towards social responsibility, reliability and innovation, supporting and applying the ten universally recognized fundamental principles relating to human rights, environmental protection and labour standards.
ICIF is working with FEI – Italian Foundation for Nutrition Education, to address the need for nutritional education consistent with the guidelines of the Ministry of Education by working locally, nationally and internationally in the development of nutrional education projects. It strives to sustain and protect nature, artisan productions and to defend consumers from falsification and counterfeiting by affirming the quality, history and culture of Made in Italy.
ICIF adopts the Management Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/01 to implement governance policies required to prevent the commission of offenses.
