Our Institute collaborates with prestigious hotellerie, cooking and gastronomy institutes around the world, which have chosen ICIF for the training of their students and send several classes and groups each year for training on Italian Cuisine. For some of these institutes, the training at ICIF is even recognised by the government of that country which, through the school, considers it an educational credit and therefore part of their curriculum.
