Since the beginning of its history, ICIF, the Institute of Cuisine, Culture and Oenology of the Regions of Italy, has enjoyed the immediate support of public institutions. The institutions have shown great foresight in giving an immediate and concrete response to the need to promote and upgrade the typical products of Italian cuisine abroad.
ICE - the Agency for the promotion abroad and internationalisation of Italian companies, through its various ICE offices around the world, has also found ICIF to be a strategic partner for the promotion and enhancement of Italian food and wine products of excellence from the very beginning, jointly participating in various International Fairs and events, workshops, cookery courses and Italian wine tasting, projects and the creation of brochures and promotional materials.
For several years now, ICIF has had a close collaboration based on a relationship of trust and mutual esteem with the Consorzio di Tutela del Grana Padano (Consortium for the Protection of Grana Padano) for the promotion of this product of excellence in Italy and throughout the world, in support of all the Institute's educational activities and also of extra-school activities, within international events and/or shows, promotional projects and/or shopping centres.
