The Italian law on privacy (Legislative Decree 196/2003) prescribes a series of rights in favour of the persons concerned Since you are interested in the Courses offered by our Institute, you have the right to be informed about the items regarding the treatment of personal data and the constitutional rights that the law recognizes.

Thus to fulfill this obligation we notify you that:

• the processing of personal data, including sensitive data, supplied directly by you or otherwise acquired for the sole purpose of application of the provisions relating to taxes, including local ones, persons liable for tax or deductions or allowances will take place at ICIF located in PIAZZA VITTORIO EMANUELE II, n. 10 – 14055 COSTIGLIOLE D’ASTI (AT), in accordance with the principles of necessity and relevance with the use of computerized procedures, in the manner and to the extent necessary for the above purposes.
• The data may become known, in accordance with the obligations arising from the rules on the professional confidentiality, to the following designees: Elisa Grasso; Ilaria Scalet; Paola Gomba; Paola Bogetto; Giancarlo Lercara; Chiara Migliore; Elisabetta Rossi; Laura Sassone; Massimiliano Careri; Marco Clataud and eventual tutor/interpreters;
• The provision of data is required for the correct compilation of statements and the precise fulfillment of tax obligations. Failure to submit date will make it impossible to fully comply with legal requirements, as well as those arising from the professional mandate;
• The parties concerned are entitled to exercise their rights under Art. 7 of the Code, in particular the right to access their personal information, to request rectification, updating and deletion, if incomplete, incorrect or gathered in violation of the law, and to oppose to their treatment for legitimate reasons, addressing their requests to the President of ICIF Pierino Sassone, the authorized data controller, via the ICIF headquarters in Costigliole d’Asti.
