ICIF collaborates with AIPO - Associazione Interregionale Produttori Olivicoli (Interregional Association of Olive Oil Producers), availing itself of the olive oil experts sent by this Association for the technical lessons on tasting extra virgin olive oils included in the courses offered by the Institute. These lectures give added value to the Institute's teaching by combining the description of the product's profile and its best use in culinary applications.
ICIF collaborates with the Italian Academy of Cuisine as it recognises itself in the same values of safeguarding the traditions of Italian cuisine, the quality products of the territory and the importance of the seasonality of the product in order to qualify, protect and promote the image of Italian cuisine and products of excellence both in Italy and abroad. The delegates of the Italian Academy of Cuisine also participate in the ICIF students' cooking exams as judges and award the ICIF students of the Master Courses the title of "Ambassadors of Italian Cuisine abroad".
