Luca Gaccione

Training Manager of the Italian School of Pizza Makers 

Driven by great passion and exceptional technical competence, Luca is one of the most promising instructors of the Italian School of Pizza Makers. He has an innate predisposition for teaching, consolidated by numerous teaching experiences at Hotel institutions and Institutes.

He lives in the Dolomites and in 2018 he celebrated 30 years of activity in the family restaurant "Due Più Due" in Tai of Cadore. Since 2015 he has been a Master Instructor and often assists in holding the first courses for newly trained instructors. Since 2021 he is the Training Manager of the Italian School of Pizza Makers.
