Luca Icardi

Born in 1977, Hotel Manager Luca Icardi is the dining room service teacher at the Restaurant and Hotel High School called "Vocational training school in Asti hills" located in Agliano Terme.
He has a strong dedication for teaching and training young people together with a strong passion for this field.
A field which is constantly changing to meet the needs of an increasingly complex and demanding market, where the two hearts of the restaurant service, the kitchen and the dining room, must work side by side while keeping up with the times.
An A.I.B.E.S. Barman (Italian Barmen and Supporters Association) award winner, as well as an A.I.S. Sommelier (Italian Sommelier Association), he passes on his in depth knowledge in both areas, to the young students at the school where he teaches, in addition to the young foreign cooks at ICIF where he holds lessons on the secrets of making customers feel welcome and dining room, bar and Italian coffee service.
