Olive Oil Specialist and Panel Head of Sensory Analysis of Virgin Olive Oils recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture Food and Forestry Department of the Italian Government, Dr. Marco Fasoli carries the flag of Italian excellence and of “Made in Italy” all over the world.
Oil first and foremost.
Graduated in “Economics and Commerce”, a commercial managerial career in the ranks of various and historic Italian companies and a deep experience as a first-rate holistic expert. In addition to being a teacher at ICIF, he also plays the role of collaborator at AIPO - Interregional Association of Olive Oil Producers – of Verona and is the coordinator of the oil and wine tasting panel at the CCIAA - Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture and Handicraft of Verona.
