Stefano Brinatti

The expert chef in gluten-free cuisine Stefano Brinatti is registered with the AIC - Italian Celiac Association - in the regional section of Piedmont and Valle d'Aosta. The association was founded with the mission of allowing people suffering from celiac disease or Dermatitis Herpetiformis to live their lives in a peaceful way and acts in favor of the removal of situations of diversity and discomfort that affect these subjects, increasing civic sense and social attention towards those considered "different" at the table.

The teacher is the indicated contact person for support for celiac customers within the “Il Briccone” restaurant in Turin: specialized in catering, he stands out for the particular attention and care he pays towards those who need gluten-free foods. He is one of the external teachers for gluten-free cooking lessons within the ICIF cooking courses.
