ICIF's new training program: Bartending, a full-immersion course on the art of mixology and drink service, focusing on the preparation of international cocktails, pouring techniques, bar management, and customer service.
The Program
You will be accompanied by a leading professional on a program that combines theory and practice, including Cocktail Design, Creative Mixology, and Free Pouring. Free Pouring is a fundamental technique for speeding up cocktail preparation: it allows you to serve more customers in less time and reduces the number of tools to be handled and constantly rinsed during service. The program also includes the flair technique, consisting of multiple holds and choreographic and scenic movements, capable of winning over customers and building their loyalty.
The Professional Profile
At the core of the program is technical ability—knowledge of raw materials and their handling—but the course focuses above all on training a professional figure founded on class, elegance, study, and ongoing research. A bartender capable of understanding the customer's needs, making them the center of attention, and satisfying their requests with humility, discretion, and excellent communication skills.
