The CONTEMPORARY PASTRY COURSE is aimed to already professionals of the pastry and/or culinary sector. The study program includes demonstration lessons with the involvement of the participants by professional pastry chefs on trendy topics and products in vogue on the market of contemporary pastry and small pastry, such as Single portions, Contemporary Entremět, contemporary Mignon and Choux and modern creamy desserts for restaurants.
Following the new trends of the sector ICIF propose the Contemporaneity in pastry, an aesthetic path of creativity and taste in the search of harmonious pairings, new textures, care, precision and sophistication in the presentation, to raise the level of your business and learn how to create truly innovative artistic products.
The course is in Italian language and teachers are supported by an interpreter in English language.
DURATION
The course has a total duration of 1 week (from Monday to Friday for a total of 40 hours)

Certificate of participation from the ICIF Institute at the completion of the course

Accommodation at the ICIF’s guesthouse for 2 weeks in small apartments (2-rooms flats with single, twins or triple rooms and one bathroom)
Breakfast from Monday to Friday

A complete chef uniform: jacket, trouser, apron and paper hat
