Elio Siccardi

Director of ONAF - National Organization of Cheese Tasters of Alessandria, he took his first steps as a taster in 2006 and then specialized in the subject, to the point of becoming a delegate for Asti and the province in 2014, as well as a teacher in ICIF and ONAF courses.

His lessons open the minds of students to an ideal world for all those who wish to improve their knowledge of cheeses. From tasting, to the various types of product (soft, hard, semi-hard, stretched), to cheese culture, to pairing with different products and much more.
Not just cheese, however: he has always combined his specialization in the dairy world with that in the wine sector.

He is also an ONAV (National Organization of Wine Tasters) Taster since 1999 and AIS (Italian Association of Sommelier) Official Taster since 2004, he also delves into related sectors with curiosity, becoming an ANAG Taster too (National Organization of Grappa and Brandy Tasters) in 2007.
