ICIF – Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners is proud to announce its membership in the new Association of Restaurant Higher Education Schools, created by FIPE – Confcommercio last September 25 in Rome.
The Association, promoted by FIPE President, Lino Enrico Stoppani, brings together the most important Italian schools specialized in the training of professionals of the restaurant, dining room and bar sectors.
"The importance of training for our sector has always been one of the fundamental aspects for the development and qualitative growth of companies operating in the restaurant industry", declared President Stoppani during the inauguration event.
With these words was underlined the crucial role that high-level training plays in the preparation of chefs, maîtres, waiters, pastry chefs and other professional figures who will work in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
One of the main objectives is to pool all the experiences through a national coordination, while respecting the autonomy of the different schools, trying to give a broader scope to the education and training activities in the catering sector to better respond to the needs of businesses and start an essential dialogue with the Institutions.
ICIF, with its decades-long experience in promoting Italian food and wine culture and in training chefs and professionals from all over the world, joins this new network of excellence to contribute to the strengthening of skills in the sector and the valorization of Italian traditions.
This membership represents an important recognition for ICIF, which will continue to train talents with an innovative and international approach, offering high-level training courses in line with market needs and new trends in the restaurant sector.
